That’s because when our hearts and minds are filled with God’s truth, there’s not much space for Satan to sneak in! He looks for empty thoughts, angry hearts, and distracted minds—but when we focus on Christ, we lock the door to the enemy!

🌟 Stay Focused on Jesus

Imagine your mind is like a house. When you think about Jesus, read your Bible, sing worship songs, and talk to God, it’s like turning on the lights, locking the doors, and filling the house with joy! Satan doesn’t like that—he runs away from light.

Philippians 4:8 (NIV) says:

“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”

That means when we think about good things—like Jesus, love, kindness, and truth—we leave no room for sin to sneak in.

👣 Walking Closer to God

Every time we say yes to God and no to sin, we take a step closer to Jesus. And every step makes our minds stronger and our hearts braver.

James 4:7 (NIV) says:

“Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”

The more we obey God, the less power Satan has in our lives. He can’t control someone who’s filled with God’s Word!

The Bible is like a sword—it helps us fight against bad thoughts, fear, and temptation. Even kids can carry this sword!

Psalm 119:11 (NIV) says:

“I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.”

Let’s fill our hearts with Bible verses so when Satan tries to lie to us, we can say, “No way! I believe what God says!”

❤️ Let Jesus Be Your Best Friend

When Jesus is your best friend, you want to spend time with Him every day. Talk to Him when you wake up, before you go to sleep, and even when you feel upset. The more time you spend with Jesus, the harder it is for Satan to trick you.

Romans 12:2 (NIV) says:

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

That means we shouldn’t copy what the world does—like lying, cheating, or being mean. Instead, we should let God make our minds brand new!

🔥 Turn Away From Sin and Choose God’s Way

Sin might look fun at first, but it always brings sadness later. But Jesus brings peace, joy, and freedom. When you keep your eyes on Christ, you’ll want to run from sin because you’ll see how much better His way is.

Colossians 3:2 (NIV) says:

“Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.”

When we think about Heaven, love, and Jesus, our hearts become stronger, and Satan’s tricks stop working!
